Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Available services, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary after the carrier accepts a package.

Orders will ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or in the order confirmation. If no timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship on time, we will contact you with the revised timing and your option to cancel for a full refund.

International shipping is not available yet. We will update this page when additional destinations are offered.

Returns

Rich Yung Society anniversary archive merchandise is limited-release and generally final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection or preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, use the contact form below and include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including return shipping where required. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law, including mandatory cancellation rights in your location.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries and, when online checkout is available, to process and fulfill orders. Contact form submissions may include your name, email address, order number and message. Orders may also require shipping and billing information.

We share information only with providers needed to operate the site, deliver contact messages, process payments, prevent fraud or fulfill orders. Contact submissions are processed by FormSubmit for delivery to our support inbox. Payment information is handled by the checkout provider rather than this contact form. We do not use contact messages for marketing without your consent.

Technical information such as browser data and essential cookies may be used to keep the site working and secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for support, order fulfillment, recordkeeping or legal obligations. If you want to request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact us using the form below. Rights and exceptions depend on your location.

This website presents the Rich Yung Society archive and its related merchandise. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms shown here and to the shipping and return policy above.

Product details, prices, availability and shipping options may change. The final order total, including applicable charges, is shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, a listing contains an error or a transaction cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
